The house is set in a semi urbanised strip near Mangalore.

On the ground floor, space flows seamlessly between the foyer, living and dining areas.The dining has a large picture window looking out into linear water body through lawn with a sculptural gazebo.

Air movement is channeled effectively from west to east via large sliding doors providing constant air-movement through the house.
