The dynamic facade is punctuated with linear bands of operable strip windows.

The ground floor areas are open and available to the public, with a 250 seat seminar/meeting room that can be used for events. The first and second floor houses office space and dean cabins so that they can work together on an informal basis.The third floor houses guest room and dining with a large skylight .

We created a form that fits in with it’s environment by day and transforms into a glowing box at night.
